Anyone who has been following this blog for any length of time knows that I tend to burn the candle at both ends and then hold the entire thing over an open flame. I'm an "and" person not an "or" person. If I can do this and that I find it far more fulfilling than this or that. It's just who I am. So, it should come as no surprise that I have once again buried myself in projects. Think I released a lot of stuff in 2009? Well, wait until you see what 2011 and the rest of 2010 will bring.
I am currently writing Miles of Hell, my story about the Ugandan child soldier fighting subhuman creatures during an ultra-marathon in the desert. I am also finishing up a small novel/ large novella for Thunderstorm Books called Run about a woman possessed by a demon that has given her the power to take all of the fear, pain, and hatred out of people and transfer it into other people who then radiate these negative emotions, attracting every living thing in the immediate area to attack them. I am also writing a collaboration with Maurice Broaddus called God's Wrath about what the world would look like if the Christian God were to come to earth in the flesh and take over all the governments of the world. I have also just started a collaboration with bizarro author, Andre Duza, called Son Of A Bitch, about a dog breeder in North Philadelphia whose dog gets impregnanted by a demon and gives birth to a hellhound. The situation gets worse when one of the baddest hitmen in the hood gets his soul stuck in the canine's body and goes on the search for a new human body to possess. This one is about as weird as it gets. In the midst of all of that I have started an outline for a new novel, my first zombie novel, about down and out MMA fighters battling zombies in a cage. Oh, and there's more!
Poisoning Eros II is still due to be released by Sideshow Press this year and Deadite Press will be rereleasing The Book of A Thousand Sins. The Reaper is still due to be released either this year or next from Cargo Cult/ Bloodletting Books and, if you haven't picked it up yet, my poetry collection Vicious Romantic was recently released by Bellfire Books and is now available on Amazon.
A hell of a lot on my plate but I wouldn't have it any other way.
